About Our Project
Our project aims to explore changes in popular music in the West over time. Through analysis of a Kaggle dataset containing information on the chart topping songs in each year from the 1960s to now, we addressed the “what” and the “why” of this music evolution, discerning exactly what changed and why these changes occurred.
